We’ve had a super busy month, lining up everything to start manufacturing your packing family.
And now we’re back with some super exciting news.
You will receive your Backerkit survey within the next few days!
In it, you’ll be able to select all the Qubix sets and extras you want added to your order.
We know there’s a lot of you out there who missed pledging for the Qubix Toiletry Cube on Kickstarter.
If that’s you, now is your chance to add it to your order, for the same price.
The same goes for all the Qubix sets and add-ons.
All our original Kickstarter backers will be able to grab their preferred add-ons at super special prices!
What’s more, you will not be paying any additional shipping charges for any of the extras you select on Backerkit.
It’s our way of saying “Thank You” to the amazing people that helped us bring Qubix to life.
Important: Cutoff Date
After the survey goes out, you will have until the end of August to fill it in with your reward selections and full shipping details.
Please make sure you fill in your survey before this date, so we can ensure the delivery of your Qubix.
How Does Backerkit Work?
Backerkit is super easy to use, but if it’s your first time using it, here is a short rundown of the process.
You will get the invitation to fill in your survey via the email you used for Kickstarter.
Use the same email address for logging into your survey as the one you provided on Kickstarter.
The initial reward you selected is assigned to your order by default; anything else you pledged on top of that is seen as credit on Backerkit.
Use your remaining credit to select the other Qubix items or sets you want.
You can always add to your order, no matter the value of your remaining credit; the credit will be applied first, then you’ll just pay the difference.
It’s that simple!
Backers from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore
Everyone choosing their reward to be delivered to Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore will enjoy a discounted shipping rate of HK$80.
In order to pledge the correct shipping amount of HK$80 on Kickstarter, we advised you to select Australia as your shipping destination.
If you did so, you need to change it to your respective country on the very first screen of the survey, under “Select your country for shipping:”.
If your shipping location on Kickstarter was Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore and you were charged HK$130 for your shipping, there's nothing to worry about.
It just means you’ll have an extra HK$50 (HK$130 - HK$80) in credit on Backerkit that you can use toward your preferred add-ons.
Shipping Details - Important to Know
You need to include your phone number when providing your shipping details on Backerkit.
This is to make sure the courier can reach you for the delivery of your Qubix if needed.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship your reward to APO/FPO or P.O. box addresses, so you need to make sure you provide a regular address for your delivery.

You have until August 31st at the latest to fill in your survey and let us know your preferred add-ons and full shipping details.
